Phoenix LED will accept, for return or exchange, any non-customized items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages. For a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all mounting supplies and accessories in new condition.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed by a 2-Year, non-transferable warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, contact sales@phoenixled.co and we’ll be glad to repair or replace your product.
